Your tasks
Support us in the technical development support of high-voltage components and systems for well-known customers in the automotive industry in the field of electric and hybrid vehicles. Your expert knowledge and personal development preference will determine your future field of application, e.g. in diagnostics, fault management, software management, cybersecurity or requirements management. The following range of tasks awaits you depending on your focus:
- Development support in the field of electrics / electronics (E/E) for hybrid and electric vehicles
- Coordination of the requirements for the component in consultation with OEM and suppliers
- Development of technical solutions in the field of diagnostics / OBD (OBD, OBD2 legislation)
- Coordination of software sub-projects and creation of change requests (CRs)
- Creation, conceptualization, coordination and evaluation of hardware or software tests as well as assignment of the resulting release recommendations
- Analysis of errors and error tickets as well as support in the definition of remedial actions incl. tracking until ticket closure
- Support of our customers in the requirements analysis in the area of cybersecurity as well as consulting in the secure implementation of the respective concepts
- Support of our customers in safety management as well as in safety engineering according to ISO26262
- Implementation of technical consulting and project management
- Pursuit of on-time implementation as well as coordination with the specialist departments, project managers and suppliers
Your qualifications and strengths
- Successfully completed studies in the field of automotive engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive systems, industrial engineering or other comparable qualifications
- Preferably first relevant experience in your field in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of drive concepts for hybrid and electric vehicles, energy storage technologies and charging interfaces or systems
- Experience in the project environment of an automobile manufacturer, automotive supplier or development partner is an advantage
- Fluent in German and good English skills
