Our component and system development includes a wide range of development know-how that is specifically tailored to the requirements in the field of electromobility.

Feature development

One of our core competencies is the preparation and processing of functional specifications, including all functional descriptions and requirements.

In doing so, we pay attention to a stringent coordination of the component communication with regard to the signal networking with the functional partners. At the same time, we take care of the function architecture, the definition of logical function interfaces and the modeling of the dynamic behavior of the function.

We then coordinate the technical realization of the function and check the implementation of the existing specifications.

Quality

Our range of services in the area of quality management includes the coordination of quality measures with suppliers, workshops and the customer side. Our experts undertake the preliminary analysis of the present fault effects on the basis of problem descriptions. These include:

  • Investigation of the complaints
  • Presentation of the preliminary analysis results
  • Request and logistics of defect parts
  • Furthermore, we take over the problem analysis of affected control units with regarding to
  • fault isolation,
  • review of the reports to identify the fault condition,
  • advice and assistance in determining the root cause of the failure.

The plausibility check of the 8D report, the initiation or implementation of remedial measures as well as the documentation of the quality measures in the final report are also part of the offer package of e.lective GmbH.
