Insight into our career opportunities and possibilities
As a master's student in automotive engineering, I have the opportunity to gain professional experience in the automotive environment and in project management at e.lective. I was accepted as a full-fledged team member right from the start and was able to tackle my tasks independently after an intensive induction period. I can also integrate my own ideas and suggestions for solutions into everyday project work.

In mid-2018, I joined e.lective as a graduate development engineer and was very quickly trained in the role of project manager. In addition to managing a project full-time, the flexible working hours make it easy for me to balance work and family life. I was also well supported during my 3-month parental leave and was able to smoothly rejoin my project afterwards.

For the past 2 years I have been working as a student trainee in the IT sector in addition to my Security and Forensics studies. Since starting at e.lective, I have been entrusted with the continuous development of the IT infrastructure in cooperation with the management. The challenge and the opportunity to contribute and implement my own ideas strongly support my professional development.

What exactly is the application process at e.lective?

This way, we can guarantee you the fastest possible process. Please do not forget to state your earliest possible starting date and your salary expectations in your cover letter. If you are interested in more than one vacancy, we recommend that you apply only to one vacancy and list other vacancies of interest to you in your cover letter.

As soon as we have received your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by email. Please also check the spam folder of your email inbox. If you have not received a confirmation or if there are still questions on your part regarding the position or the application process, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Your application documents will be carefully reviewed by HR and the heads or coordinators of the relevant units or areas of expertise. Of course, we always check your profile individually and, with your consent, are happy to review it across departments.
If we are convinced by the first impression of your profile, we will usually invite you to a quick check in the form of a 30 to 40-minute video interview. For this purpose, be prepared for a short self-presentation and initial questions about your professional qualifications.
If you have convinced us both professionally and personally, we will invite you to a second interview after the quick check, either virtually via teams or at our offices in Berlin. The interview partners represent the relevant technical department as well as the HR department.
After the second interview, a third interview may be held in exceptional cases. After the final interview, we will usually contact you within 3 days with a final decision.
