What exactly is the application process at e.lective?
Application

Quick Check with HR
If the first impression of your profile convinces us, we will usually invite you to a quick check in the form of a 30 to 40-minute video interview as soon as possible.
When you get to know each other for the first time, you can expect a brief introduction to your career so far, as well as one or two technical questions on the respective subject area. In addition, we will discuss in detail your potential future field of work as well as the general conditions.

If you have convinced us in the 2 to a maximum of 3 conversations, we will contact you by phone or via a Teams invitation within the next 7 days with an offer.
In this exchange, we discuss all contract components and benefits and clarify any outstanding questions. If you choose e.lective, your individual onboarding process begins after signing the contract. You will usually receive all the important information for your first day at work 2 weeks before your start date.
