For more than 10 years, e.lective has been supporting companies with technological and security-related challenges and developing individually tailored solutions. With over 25 employees, we combine electromobility, maritime electrification and information security and support our customers from development and project support to successful implementation. We combine technical know-how, project competence and security expertise and accompany our customers across a broad technological spectrum

Our team
Employees from a wide variety of countries work for e.lective, from working students to graduates to experienced engineers. Almost every age group is represented with a wide variety of degrees and experiences. For this reason, we attach great importance to fair and familiar cooperation and support with regular after-work events that meet every taste. Our Management Board
Facing new tasks and challenges on a daily basis is particularly important to me as a managing director and engineer. Technically complex problems can only be solved by developing and pursuing innovative approaches as a team. Every idea of the employees is taken into account in our processes. In this way, we are able to solve and redesign the future problems and opportunities of electromobility together.
