We are an innovative company that is mainly active in the research and development of high-voltage ECUs in the automotive industry. Since our founding in 2014, we have been advising clients from the Volkswagen Group environment in the area of automotive system project management and carrying out complex development projects on an autonomous basis. Your tasks
- Implementation of reviews and analyses in accordance with ISO26262 as well as internal process specifications
- Implementation of hazard analyses and risk assessments at the level of the entire vehicle as well as the definition of safety objectives in cooperation with all project partners
- Analysis and evaluation of the FuSi-DIA as well as the derivation of measures at E/E level
- Examination of feasibility of the respective FuSi activities according to the development phase
- Creation of safety cases and test concepts as well as the FuSi release recommendation based on them at component level
- Takeover of configuration, documentation and change management, incl. the evaluation of changes
- Identification and preparation of time- and safety-critical topics as well as implementation of FuSi project rounds with customers and suppliers
Your qualifications and strengths
- Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, automotive engineering, automotive systems or other comparable qualifications
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of functional safety
- Knowledge in the field of functional safety according to ISO 26262
- Certification Automotive Functional Safety Engineer (Level 1-3) desirable or willingness to participate in training courses to achieve certification
- Experience with analytical methods such as FMEA, FMEDA and FTA is an advantage
- Experience in dealing with development tools (doors, CM tools, etc.), process-accompanying documentation and quality management
- Good communication skills and a structured way of working
- Fluent in German and good English skills
