We are an innovative company that is mainly active in the research and development of high-voltage ECUs in the automotive industry. Since our founding in 2014, we have been advising clients from the Volkswagen Group environment in the area of automotive system project management and carrying out complex development projects on an autonomous basis. Our core competencies lie in development support, from requirements management to series release, taking into account the respective product development process as well as the resulting software and hardware project management.

Your tasks
- Coordination of software subprojects as well as the analysis of system and customer requirements
- Project progress control
- Creation of release, schedule and resource plans as well as function planning
- Coordination of requirements with our customers
- Coordination with relevant project partners such as suppliers or component managers
- Creation of software change requests (CRs) and software release recommendations
- Presentation of CRs to change control boards with the goal of leading the CR to a decision.
- Configuration Management

Your qualifications and strengths
- A degree in electrical engineering, automotive engineering, technical computer science, automotive systems, mechanical engineering or a comparable field of specialization
- Experience in the area of SW development processes and quality management is an advantage
- Initial experience with the Automotive SPICE development process as well as in the area of cybersecurity (UNECE) in the automotive environment
- Knowledge of energy conversion, distribution and storage in relation to vehicles
- Knowledge of drive concepts, energy storage technologies, and charging interfaces/systems for hybrid and electric vehicles.
- Knowledge of communication interfaces (CAN bus) in the vehicle
- Fluent in German and good English skills
- Very good MS-Office skills
