We are an innovative company that is mainly active in the research and development of high-voltage ECUs in the automotive industry. Since our founding in 2014, we have been advising clients from the Volkswagen Group environment in the area of automotive system project management and carrying out complex development projects on an autonomous basis. Our core competencies lie in development support, from requirements management to series release, taking into account the respective product development process as well as the resulting software and hardware project management.

Your tasks
- Optimization of quality processes
- Support in ensuring the required product quality with regard to software and hardware, in product validation, in auditing production processes as well as in the preparation of quality specifications
- Component logistics, transport and control
- Quality Technical Requirement
- Subcontractor Management
- Perform QFD, FMEAs, ULM, QPNI, and critical feature reviews.
- Monthly reporting on field complaints
- Creation and monitoring of pilot hall status sheets
- Verification of lifetime predictions and forecasts
Your qualifications and strengths
- Successfully completed training as a technician, master craftsman or equivalent training, ideally related to quality management and electrical engineering and/or construction and connection technology of electronic components
- Experience in the field of quality management (e.g. ISO 9001 or similar) required
- Knowledge of electric drive technologies, charging systems, power electronics, battery chargers
- Helpful knowledge and experience in the following areas: Fault part management in corrugators/WPR, vehicle electronics development, software high-voltage overall system, product development VDA (2.4), process audit VDA 6.3
- Independent, precise way of working as well as good comprehension of complex contexts
- Very good knowledge of German and fluent English as well as excellent communication skills
