We are an innovative company that is mainly active in the research and development of high-voltage ECUs in the automotive industry. Since our founding in 2014, we have been advising clients from the Volkswagen Group environment in the area of automotive system project management and carrying out complex development projects on an autonomous basis. Your tasks
- Execution and organization of test procedures and measurements at various test locations
- Updating and commissioning of the ECUs and/or test locations for the test execution incl. Flashing, coding and data of the ECUs
- Planning and implementation of effectiveness checks and ticket verifications based on a ticket system
- Execution of test procedures and efficacy checks on test benches (HiL, SiL, MiL, etc.)
- Depending on the project assignment, participation in test drives
- Evaluation and analysis of test results as well as predefined CAPL nodes in the respective trace storage systems
- Further and new development of CAPL nodes
- Verification and analysis of anomalies from the individual ECUs
- Execution of root-cause analyses of various error anomalies
- Implementation of DeepDives on the individual VR stages in the vehicle project
- Planning and further development of automated tests in consultation with all project participants
Your qualifications and strengths
- Successfully completed studies in the field of automotive engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive systems, industrial engineering or other comparable qualifications
- In-depth experience with common VECTOR tools
- In-depth experience with common flash tools such as ODIS, INCA, etc.
- Several years of test experience on test benches, laboratory vehicles, etc. in the field of automotive networking
- Knowledge of drive concepts for hybrid and electric vehicles, energy storage technologies and charging interfaces or systems
- Experience in the project environment of an automobile manufacturer, automotive supplier or development partner is an advantage
- Fluent in German (C1) and good knowledge of English
